From 12 noon to 2 pm, the members of the Initiative for the Archives of the Free Performing Arts e. V. meet in the Theater Rampe. Curious guests are welcome! After lunch, the event continues at 3 p.m. in the Schaudepot: cultural policy participants and stakeholders from Baden-Württemberg present their views on archive projects in the region (with Marc Gegenfurtner, Stuttgart Cultural Office, Eva-A. Maj, Landesverband Freie Tanz- und Theaterschaffende Baden-Württemberg and Janina Benduski, Initiative für die Archive der Freien Darstellenden Künste). Afterwards, Melanie Mohren and Bernhard Herbordt will guide you through the collection of their works.

Cultural policy exchange on archive projects in Baden-Württemberg and guided tour of the Schaudepot
In the Schaudepot, the opportunity will be on offer for a brief cultural policy dialogue with contributions from Marc Gegenfurtner (Cultural Office Stuttgart), Eva-A. Maj (Landesverband Freie Tanz- und Theaterschaffende Baden-Württemberg) and Janina Benduski (Initiative für die Archive der Freien Darstellenden Künste). Afterwards, Melanie Mohren and Bernhard Herbordt will provide a guided tour through the collection.

Archive Dialogues
Artists För Künkel and Estrella Jurado invite participants to bring along an object from the past or present of the independent performing arts that they would like to archive - be it an admission ticket or material from their own artistic work. För Künkel and Estrella Jurado examine the objects in relation to their own historical collections and look for common threads, unexpected ancestors and traditions in an open discussion with the audience.
